UAE as a whole is quite developed now. The law and order situation there is excellent and businessmen are happy there. Many companies shifted their front end offices to UAE. The reason is that the UAE is a nice place to invite client and to hold meetings there. The place is peaceful and there are no reports of any types of bribe demanded from businessmen through any pressure. These are the reasons that businesses are shifting and opening their offices in Dubai. Most of these companies are IT related and construction companies.

There are many office jobs in USA, UK, and Europe side. But the problem is the difficult visa policy and even getting job is not that easy. Even if you are able and lucky to get this job, the next problem is the issuance of visa. And later you have to extend the visa date and these policies are affected by the changing government policies. But these problems are not there in UAE. Getting the jobs are really easy in UAE and the visa issuance is also very easy.

There are different jobs according to the skills. Some are purely office jobs while some are dynamic jobs. There is a continuous demand for the skilled human resource in these companies. Recruiting the human resource from the USA or European countries is a costly action and they should be paid higher. Pakistan has one of the world’s biggest pool of graduates. The education of Pakistan is one of the best in the world. Hence, these companies now look towards Pakistan for the recruitment. This saves their money.
Types of jobs:
There are different types of office jobs. The types depend on the work level, pay package, and qualifications requirement. The tier one jobs are purely office jobs but you may be asked to do some short visits. In these jobs you may work as the manager of the company and your responsibilities will be to guarantee the smooth working of the company and to ensure the continuous growth of the business. The second tier jobs are those in which the responsibilities are not that much and you are given particular tasks with deadlines. You have to complete these tasks within those deadlines. The third tier jobs are quite simple and you have to do simple tasks like data entry, making receipts, and attending phone calls.
Management and first tier jobs:
These jobs have quite tough criteria. And the candidate has to prove his worth for this job. You need to have a good degree and experience for getting selected for this job. The pay package for these jobs are really attractive but the responsibilities are quite high and you should be capable enough to perform the job.
Second tier jobs:
The jobs are also good paid. These jobs also require degree or certifications from you and a little experience. The responsibilities are relatively easy to fulfil and you are not going to have much work pressure. You will be given a task and you have to complete it within the given deadlines. Like a computer program developer is given a program to develop and he is supposed to develop it within the deadline.
Third tier jobs:
These jobs are quite easy and simple. No special degree is required but you may require a certification to prove your skill. Work is simple like making receipts and data entry task. Or you may be given the task to handle telephone calls. So a fluent English language skill can set you apart from other candidates.
